The day will begin with a slow flow yoga practice followed by time to rest into deep relaxation.
We will then enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch, have a chance to explore the grounds and walk through the woodlands.
Mid-afternoon we may explore mindfulness philosophy followed by a mindfulness meditation practice or yogic breathing techniques followed by a gentle breath work practice.
The day will finish with a deeply nourishing and restorative yin yoga practice followed by an immersive sound bath in which the Tibetan singing bowls and gongs may take you into a deep state of meditation and relaxation.
Throughout the day there will be time for guided journaling.
